Hi mummies, do i still pump my breastmilk after latching the baby? I.e if baby is latching on right breast, do i still pump my right breast? I guess im having over supply issue now 😩

If u're having oversupply, don't pump straight aft latching as it's signalling ur body to make more. Those who pump aft breastfeeding are those looking to increase supply. You may want to just pump your left if latching right so tt the left won't be engorged.
