Red Spinach

Hi mummies. I usually buy round spinach but somehw i jz grabbed this. Is it ok to consume it during pregnncy? Nvr cookedit before and the soup i made turns purplish.

Red spinach is fine to consume as it is rich in iron content too which is good for pregnancy.
