I agree that you should seek a counsellor for help. If you are not comfortable to meet one yet there are hotlines that you can call like

Those are just to name a few. I think you also need to talk to your family/friends as if you talk to someone about it it can help yOu - this should be a dose person if your loved ones were to meet with any major difficulty, I believe you hope they asked you for help so in the same way, I believe your family and friends would want to help.
