hi mummies... I think I'm suffering from depression.. I didn't realize it until recently.. my temper has been getting bad.. it's taking a toll on my r/s with hubby.. we quarrel almost every single day.. the worse thing is, I have negative thoughts.. every time. I tried to shift my attention away, but I couldn't.. I didn't talk to any of my family members/hub because idw them to worry about me..

I agree that you should seek a counsellor for help. If you are not comfortable to meet one yet there are hotlines that you can call like Aware: at 1800 774 5935, (Monday – Friday, 3pm to 9.30pm HealthLine (Health Promotion Board's toll-free health information service line that is available in 4 languages) T: 1800 223 1313 Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5 pm Sat: 8.30 am-1 pm Those are just to name a few. I think you also need to talk to your family/friends as if you talk to someone about it it can help yOu - this should be a dose person if your loved ones were to meet with any major difficulty, I believe you hope they asked you for help so in the same way, I believe your family and friends would want to help.
