hi mummies... I think I'm suffering from depression.. I didn't realize it until recently.. my temper has been getting bad.. it's taking a toll on my r/s with hubby.. we quarrel almost every single day.. the worse thing is, I have negative thoughts.. every time. I tried to shift my attention away, but I couldn't.. I didn't talk to any of my family members/hub because idw them to worry about me..

First step is to recognise that you have a temper issue and might be suffering from depression. You should def see a counsellor for some practical help on how to control both teh depression and temper
