I'm Just 19 Weeks But Get Hemorrhoid. Go Clinic Or Pharmacist?

Hi mummies. I noticed a weird thing when i go to toilet and then confirmed with hubby that i might have hemorrhoid but the outside (buasir luar). Tak sakit tapi tak selesa dan pedih sikit bila buang air besar. Should I go pharmacist or clinic. If clinic, private or gov? Expensive tak kalau pergi private? Thank you mummies ?
