sticky saliva?

Hi mummies.. I noticed my boy got this sticky saliva? Or.phlegm? inside his mouth.. Any of u encountered this as well amd what did u do to get rid of it? Thank u so much.

    Thank u mommy we are observing it first and we try to give him 5ml of water to clear after feeding
