Need to drink more water

Hi mummies. I notice i drink v little plain water a day (less than 500ml). I know that we need to hydrate regularly but drinking plain water at times make me wanna puke! And also i have always been drinking unhealthy sweet things like cold/ice blended, sugary drinks and even bbt almost everyday. Any advice?

I know what you mean! Sometimes I feel like water makes me queasy too.. I add some lemon juice and it’s better
