Extreme Fatique In A First Trimester!

Hello mummies! I am new here and I just recently found out that I'm pregnant with a 7 weeks old baby. I am extremely dizzy everyday including short of breathe and breast pain (the breast pain is no joke...). Please share your body changes during your pregnancy here!

I am also 7weeks pregnant now. feels the same, extremely tired, shortness of breathe and I look like I never sleep for 3days even though I slept 7-8hrs that night hahaha! and still every single day I feel nausea but thank God no vomiting. and I have poor appetite too
