Extreme Fatique In A First Trimester!

I am 7weeks pregnant... still coping with nausea and bloating, need to adjust my sleeping position to make myself comfortable.. no appetite too... u just have to adapt to this change for awhile and do have plenty of rest.. take short naps if necessary..

For mine, the breast pain was unbelievable. My friend suggested me to do breast and nipple massage with baby oil. It helps. But keep in mind, massaging breast and nipple should be stopped at 3rd trimester as it can cause contraction. Good luck!

7 weeks 4 days here. The nausea is real, any time, all day. Boobs have been sore the last few weeks, I don't even allow my hubs to touch them anymore. I used to walk approximately 20k steps a day (10km), but now even a short distance is a feat to me

Same! Im feeling very tired everyday more so because I have cough for a week now and my midwife won’t allow me yet to take medications. I also don’t have any appetite and have some aversions to certain food that I used to like.

7 weeks preggy here. During my 5th and 6th week, I felt changes in my body. Hyper acidity, even after eating I feel hungry. Nausea, after taking a nap or once I wake up. Dizziness. Fatigue. Most of the time feel sick. East to get tired.

i didn't know i was pregnant when i was 7 weeks still but there is signs of it like sleepy that i don't want to wake up for work,feels like throwing up,no appetite but will feel hungry afterwards,i'm tired 24/7 be it when i walk etc

7 weeks and 2 days preggy here nausea and mild cramps lang akin di naman masyado masakit sa breast ko and minsan may gumagalaw sa tyan ko mdyo nakakakiliti but other than that okay naman last yr na uray ako my baby wasnt develop 😊

my symptoms varies from day to day. Sometimes I have nausea and morning sickness (no actual vomit). Sometimes I have extreme fatigue and constant trips to the bathroom to pee. and sometimes I dont feel anything :)

breast pain here@7weeks and 4days..wala naman ako morning sickness at normal lang din ang kain ko..ihi lang talaga ako ng ihi lalo na sa gabi nakakapuyat pansin ko ganito din ako dati sa 2yr old boy ko noon..

Same here, I'm 7 weeks pregnant too. i feel nauseous. it gets worse now especially in late evening. i don't know what i want to eat as i always dont feel like eating. i also have breasts pain and bloating. 😖
