coconut water during third trimester

Hi mummies, May I know which week do you start drinking coconut water? I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant. Thank you!

i drank anytime during my pregnancy. hubby said baby came out clean hahaha i didnt managed to see as im dizzy with laughing gas 😂

best to drink from 8-9months before birth. no need to drink everyday. at least 1 a week. baby very clean when born
