Recovery from natural birth (forceps)

Hi mummies, may i know how long it takes for the wound pain to go away for natural birth? Its the 4th day but im still in pain. Took pain killer from my gynae but it doesn’t seem to help :(

mine took about 14 days.. previously about 4th or 5th day I realised that it is getting more painful, as I had a few hard cough and was afraid that the stitches came apart. I went to a&e at kkh to check, lucky it didn't came off, doctor gave me antibiotics cream to apply. felt better one day after applying and less swollen
