As long as it’s not thawed to room temp, you can distribute them according to your baby’s intake and finish within 24 hours. Alternatively, prepack baby’s intake before freezing, that way also less risk of contamination.

Based on previous feedings, roughly use 2-3 feedings to gauge the amount baby needs then use that as a guide. If baby cries for more milk then gradually increase from there. Else you can thaw a certain amount enough for a few feeds first, then if you need more just let it run under running water to thaw fast :)

it might b best not to... altho i did... coz i had v little & really didnt want to waste a single drop
