Discharge of amniotic fluid

Hi mummies I have been having watery milky discharge recently, currently in weeks 26, is this normal ? Worried at its amniotic fluid :(

Definitely not amniotic fluid. Otherwise your panties will be soaking wet! It's normal to have milky vaginal discharge throughout pregnancy. More vaginal discharge in the last trimester. Do wear a panty liner and change it frequently after every toilet trip for hygiene purpose.
