Suspected infection TMI

Hi mummies. I had a natural birth about a week ago n had some stitches for my superficial cuts. Now I'm having dull aches at that area and weird smell that does not smell like the musky mensual at all? it aches when i sit n walk n i kind of can smell it when I'm sitting. should i see a doctor?? or is the aching normal
