Multivitamins

Hey mummies, i am currently week 23 day 6 pregnant . I keep forgetting to eat my multivitamins pill , so will it affect my baby?

Hello! A simple way to build habits that last is to link the new habit to something you already do every day. For example, tie taking your pills to brushing your teeth each morning - right after you brush, you take the pill. Do this consistently for a week, and it’ll start to feel automatic. Personally, I link mine to wearing accessories. I keep the pills next to my accessories, and since I put them on every morning, I never forget :)
