Postnatal visit after deliver

Honestly, the klinik kesihatan nurse is right, they usually do ask you to inform them after delivery so they can follow up, but it's not strictly compulsory lah, especially if you're already doing full follow-up at the private hospital. A few of us actually just did the private hospital checks since we were already there, tapi some clinics are quite strict about wanting to see you within those first 10 days for their records. Best you confirm directly with your specific KK what they really need, some just want a quick visit to mark it in the system, not necessarily 10 full days of checkups. If you're comfortable with your private doctor's postnat care, I'd say have that conversation with both places so everyone's on the same page!
