Mom Bum, any advise? 😭

Hello Mummies. I am 6.5m PP and have officially deflated my own bum from breastfeeding 🙃 I used to have a full bum and it’s very upsetting to see a flat bum now 💔…….. Can any mummies share how you managed to get your bum back and how long did it took for you? Google suggested squats and lunges. #firstbaby #pleasehelp

My favourite workout is doing the bridge because I dont want thicker thighs lol. It focuses on the bum and abs. It depends on how often and how many reps you do. I can feel the tightness in 1 mth but of course, depends on every body.
