pregnancy weight gain
Mummies, how much weight did you guys put on during pregnancy? After giving birth, how much weight did you guys lose by the time you had the baby shower??
Gained 12kg. My baby shower is 100 days bash. So by then alr shed off all the weight.
Gained about 10kg. Lost about 4 kg after birth. Gained back 3kg during confinement.
Gain 10kg and lost 8kg. That extra 2kg is sooooo hard to shed 😓
13 kg. Lost 10 kg 1 week PP. Then shed 3 kg more after a month...
I gained almost 9 kg , lost more than half after confinement
I gain almost 30 kg. After confinement, I’m left with 10kg.
Gain 20kg. Still 12days confinement and lost only 5kg.

I nvr eat white rice but brown rice.. And breastfeed too.. hahaha.. maybe takes time.. tq!
