FM feeding

Hello mummies. How much FM can a 3 months take ? Pls advice mummies. Currently I'm giving him 100mls 2 hourly..

How heavy is your little one? That will determine the volume. FM can be given every 3hrs actually:)

Then he requires at least 945ml/day (daily requirements for now is 150-200ml/kg/day, when he’s older, it’ll be 120ml/kg/day). So if you’re feeding him about 1200ml/day, that’s okay... but you can actually gradually increase the volume per feed and cut the number of feeds per day:) so something like increasing to 120ml first, and you feed every 2.5 hours.. then increase slowly.
