Hello mummies, how can I ease gastric discomfort? It’s making me can’t sleep and vomiting when I eat. Am only in Tri 1. Already took a lot of warm water..

Try eating several small meals throughout the day and drink lots of water. Exercise may also help aid digestion. Identify foods that trigger gas and avoid them. Fried and greasy foods, as well as beans and cabbage, are common culprits.
