I really feel you on this, it can be so stressful when you are trying to make such an important decision and there is just nothing to go on. I have a friend whose daughter attended a Kinderland branch and she said the teachers were quite nurturing and patient, and her girl settled in well after the first few weeks. It might be worth popping by the Pandan Valley centre itself to do a trial visit lah, sometimes meeting the teachers in person tells you so much more than any online review. Trust your gut when you walk in, you will usually get a good sense of the environment quite quickly.
