Heya Mummy, Haven’t heard anything about the sparkletots Chua Chu Kang blk 353, but did hear about another sparkletots at Blk 649 woodland rings infant care incident that happened in 2020 about an alleged dislocation to an infants left elbow caused by what the mother says is abuse by 2 Teachers and alleged cover up by the acting centre principle.
