Baby Weight Already 2.9kg at 34 Weeks

Any Mummies have large babies at birth here? Gynae ask me to cut sugar and carbs but I have been trying to reduce and doesn't seem to help. Will walking more help? I'm not very athletic in the first place though and I get breathless and tired very easily now. Any Mummies can advise? Worried that baby will be very large at birth..

The actual weight might differ a little. My gynae estimated my baby to be 3.3kg but turned out 2.9. But it's best to cut down on sugar. Walking definitely is a good form of exercise but please don't exert yourself. Take good care!
