definitely helper. speaking from experience (also had no help). with infantcare prepare yourself for many sleepless nights and heart ache as they definitely will catch viruses here and there. Helper you get to sleep, eat more home cooked food, help prep bb food in the future too. there's always a culture shift at home when settling in with someone new but I pray you get a good helper who loves your bb!!
I'm sending my LO to ifc too in May. I heard that baby development will be better in ifc coz of the activities they do there instead of being at home. but downside is that might fall sick often.
my preference for family over IFC over lone helper
