I give warmed but not till boiling hot. If cannot wait then I just give direct room temperature. To me, it depends on your child.

I don’t warm up fresh milk when I give to my 19 month old little girl and she doesn’t mind. No issues so far.
doctors suggests to avoid cow milk till baby turns 1 year. if at all you want to try, it should always be boiled
don't boiled it directly you can warm it up like how you warm up breastmilk.
