Frequent pooing

Hi mummies, my gal is having fever for 2 days and she’s pooing more frequently. Not diarrhoea but just instant poo after each feeding. Is this common? Thanks

    Yup I feed Panadol but temp will still goes up and down. I didn’t change formula though..she’s growing 6 teeth so maybe it’s norm lo.
