It’s okay, take it slow. It’s your first time being a mom too, don’t stress yourself out. You’re still trying to read baby’s needs and cues while at the same time adapting changes to your own routines and lifestyle. Try to work something out with your hubby, let him take over a few night feeds and at the same time, he can wake you up to pump while he feeds and change baby. First few months is definitely tougher as their feeds are more intermittent and your body haven’t got used to the frequent wakings. Eventually your body will get used to waking frequently and you’ll also get used to the routine, by then it will be easier for you. Also, if pumping/latching is taking a toll on you, it’s totally fine to mix feed. Your sanity and wellbeing is equally as important. Jiayou! 💪🏻

Its okay mummy. It happens. If its a one time thing trust me, it wont affect bb. And the fact he can sleep thru that 7 hours instead of crying his lungs out is still ok. And would be good to ask your hubby for help. For me as i went thru csect and on the strongest painkiller im literally in and out of sleep so hubby does most of the night feed! Till now 14m pp he does night feeds(if any, cs sometimes bb sttn).

Hi mommy, you are doing really a good job. It’s ok since baby never make you up that means, baby also need a good sleep. Take good rest, I know how exhausted you are. Also try to do burp every feeding so that reflux doesn’t happen. Take care mama
