Hi mummies,, this is my first time having this in my pregnancy. Mummies who hv experience it? What should I do? As I Google,, during childbirth might hv complication,, and baby also will hv high sugar in blood..
Eat more fibre rich food at every meal like veggie! helps to prevent sugar spikes. Usually if u have GD u need to do finger prick for blood sugar monitoring then u can see what causes your sugar to spike.
Everyone's body reacts differently. I failed my GD test badly but day to day food intake doesn't affect my sugar much.
All the best!
