Can i drink cold drinks?

Hi Mummies, It’s my first pregnancy and just went to visit my gynae yesterday and i’m at my 5 weeks 6 days now. Do you think it’s ok to drink cold drinks? I plan to only limit only half a cup to just to quench my thirst. The weather is so hot nowadays and everytime i drink water there’s this funny aftertaste. Not sure if it’s normal?

It’s totally normal. I personally don’t see any issues with having a cold drink every now and then.
