High Fever while pregnant

Any mummies experience high fever that comes back after 6hrs of taking medicine? Do you all go to A&E?? I’m 23+4, just visited my gynae today and it’s my 2nd day of fever on and off.

My fever went off on the 7th day after taking paracetamol, antibiotics and flu medicine. Sore throat recovered on the 8th day.
