High fever pregnant 2nd tri

Hi im still having high fever on day 3. Should i head to A&E or monitor first. I have no appetite n i cant hold my food or drink down. I repetitively vomit out aftr an hour or two.

I had very high fever for 3-4 days when i was 16 weeks and with covid. I took paracetamol, regularly use koolfever and bath frequently to bring down the temp. But if the fever persist, you can go to GP. If its that bad then pls go to a&e

thank you for the advise! i ended up going to a&e n had to be admitted. been in the hospital for 2nights now and still monitoring the fever. hope to get better soon!
