Red bumps on baby

Hi mum, baby skin can be so stressful because every little spot makes us worry. From what you described, small red bumps on the belly and cheek can sometimes be things like heat rash, mild baby acne, or just sensitive skin, especially if baby seems otherwise okay. I would monitor if it spreads, becomes very red, starts oozing, baby seems uncomfortable, or if there’s fever, then better let PD have a look for peace of mind.
