Hi mummies, does anyone know what are these small red bumps on baby’s skin? So far it only appeared on her belly and cheek. TIA!

Scaly skin at back of neck

Hi all, what is this scaly patch behind my baby’s neck? It used to be just a red patch but I noticed some scaling today. Is it something I have to be worried about? Anything I can do to care for it or will it clear off on its own?#pleasehelp TIA!
