What type of rash is this?

Hello mummies, does anyone know what is this? it started off with red bumps and slowly it faded to white spots. Its only at Neck area. Wondering if its due to Breastmilk as she always have reflux. Have tried Ceradan (which works really well for her Baby Acne) but doesnt work for this.

I went to polyclinic for this. Baby now at Wk7 They say frequent moisturize and will go away in 3rd month. Doc say might be eczema so need to continue to monitor. The rash didnt spread to whole body but the rash expanded. Doc didnt say is fungal infection and didnt give any cream.

What I find really good for normal heat rash is Sudocream. Apply a thin layer. Not sure about the white spot though. As an adult I have that too but it's because of dry skin. Best to check with PD
