Slightly low placenta

Hi mummies Just to chk if anyone experiencing lower placenta but 1st found out it was on lower side. Recently check up , the placenta moved up but still abit low, is it a must to avoid sexual intercourse?

The placenta is the one that’s helping to provide nutrients to baby. Intercourse when you have a low placenta can cause it to bleed and pose a risk to the baby... so I’d avoid it if I were you. Also don’t overexert yourself okay?

Mine was low all the way till 22 weeks..and it went back to its original place, no I did not have intercourse for the safety of my pregnancy

Yes. As long as its still low. Must avoid intercourse and do not carry heavy items
