Low placenta

Doctor told me that i'm having a low placenta and I should avoid sexual intercouse, but I did masturbate during 22 weeks. After googling I found that I shouldn't have done that and now I'm worried. Will it lower my placenta even more? Will I be in high risk of miscarriage? Or am I just overthinking?
