Formula milk and diapers in advance?

• Diapers - bought Huggies nature made in advance because I know the hospital I’m giving birth at use this. This diaper is generally safe, even for babies with sensitive skin. You do not need to buy a lot of packets of size NB as babies will move to size S very fast. They outgrow size NB after (estimated) one month. My baby is 11 months old and still using this. • Formula milk - I did not buy any formula milk because the hospital will ask you which brand would you want your baby to try after giving birth. From there, your baby can trial and error. If there’s no issue, you can continue to use the same and purchase after discharge. My baby is currently drinking Nestle NAN Opti pro.

Yes to buying milk and diapers as you need it immediately when you come back from hospital. Your baby ain’t gonna give you time :P Diapers can depends on your baby. I used Huggies for the first month but switched to moonie in 2nd month for a better fit. But to even settle with the brands, I had to test my baby’s butt to different brands for diaper rash. So don’t buy too much. Formula wise, I used Nan before changing to kendamil. Not sure about suitability yet as we mainly feed breast milk.

KKH will have both, no worries. U can get a preferred formula in advance for when you’re back at home but is not necessary at the hospital. I used NAN and huggies Just Born diapers(hospital also used this). Don’t buy too much diapers in the beginning coz they grow so fast.

Best to buy formula powder n standby diapers. standby born nb and s size. as for fm. standby 1 tin. normally hospital follow the brand of the month (lactogen brand). hospital will motivate u to give breastmilk and will top up if your milk supply yet to come or insufficient
