Any mummies bring their infant overseas for holiday? How do u bathe baby if there's no bath tub

I have a inflatable bathtub. If you are staying in 4/5star hotels, you may email/call them to ask if they do provide bathtubs. I have even heard of hotels providing steriliser as well.
