You’ll probably need to increase your pumping frequency to gradually increase the output. The other thing that works for me is that even after I’ve just pumped not long ago, if my LO latches on (even if it’s for comfort), more milk comes again and again. I can’t get that consistently with pumping. So I manage to have milk stored up and baby also feeds
