Eye discharge in 18mth old

Hi mummies, my boy keep having yellow eyes discharge in both eyes. My mum says it's because of heatiness in his body, does anyone heard of it?

Go see PD to have it check. Yes its true due to heatiness can lead to yellow/green discharge.
