Food for 7mths old baby

Hi mummies! My baby is turning 7mths in few days time. I’m currently feeding him solids - cereal and porridge. I usually add carrot/ pumpkin/ sweet potatoes with fish in the porridge. Any more food that I can introduce to my baby? Can I give organic oats? If yes, which one will you recommend? Thanks in advance !
