High fever 38.8 for 9 months old baby

Hi mummies my baby is having fever since yesterday noon until now still same. Should i continue to sponge her or bring to kkh?

    You can either bring her to PD or KKH. They may give ibuprofen and do a check to see if they can find the cause. Hope she gets well soon ❤️
