Is this growth spurt?

Hi mummies, my baby is 8wks now. Today she hasn’t been sleeping much like how she did before and it’s feels like she needs to be fed every hour. Since morning till now, she slept around 2hrs plus and the rest were just a few minutes. No fever, feeds well though fussy, poop and pee well too. Could this be growth spurt?
