3mth old baby

Hi mummies, my baby is 3mths old now. Suppose to be growth spurt period. How come he keeps cannot finish his milk for almost a week? Suppose to finish 100-120ml but he always drink till 80ml. I am using Philips avent air vent nipple size 1. When do I know when to change to size2? Any advice pls?
