Anyone used Perineal cold pad after natural birth? Is it useful? How many pads are used/changed in a day? Do you use it together with the maternity pad, or just use this on its own as a pad for half an hour?
My doctor had me to use it after my delivery. It definitely helps in easing the pain. I use them till about 2 weeks pp. But this pad does not absorb too much of the blood. So I would suggest you to use Kotex overnight panty together with it to prevent leakage.
Also if you intend to get it, you can purchase from the pharmacy. The hospital ward charge a lot more.
