5mg folic acid

Hi mummies anyone still taking 5mg folic acid in third trimester? Not sure if it is too much I have been taking 5mg from the start of pregnancy till now in 34weeks….

same as prev replies. doc told me to stop folic acid after 12 weeks and gave me prenatal vitamins, which alr contained the required amt of folic acid.
