How to stop breastfeeding and breastmilk from flowing out?

Hi mummies! Can anyone share how to stop breastfeeding and breastmilk totally? I heard we need to eat medication for that?

Prolong intervals between feeding/expressing and supply will slowly wane. Don’t think medication is required, it just takes some time.
