Leg cramps at 30 weeks onwards

Hello mummies, anyone experiencing frequent leg cramps at 30 weeks onwards? Every night was a torture to me that I had to keep on trying to ‘crack’ my bones to feel a little relief. Any mummies have quick remedies or tips for this? Thanks (:

Put pillow! And you can also do feet soak with Epsom salt in foot or bathtub. Warm to hot water for 15 mins. Eat banana, or other types of food with high potassium content. Potassium helps to relief cramps

I wake up in the MOTN screaming at my husband to save my legs 😂 I elevated my legs with a few pillows. When I stretch I also tend to do it slowly to prevent leg cramps.
