You need to hydrate yourself more and rest whenever you can. Pretty much normal for mummies to feel fatigue and easily drain out of energy whether not you are doing anything. It will be over soon. This happened during pregnancy period. But, it is advisable that sometimes we got to push ourselves to do what we can at minimal so your body will gain little bit of energy. Otherwise it will lead you to being sick if you constantly "follow" your body vibes.
