Do i need to size up teat?

Hi mummies, my 4 months old using avent bottle, size 1 teat. Usually he would take 10-15 mins to finish milk. But recently he takes longer (20-25min) and sometimes fuss in the middle of feed. Does that mean its time to size up the teat to teat 2? He’s drinking 150ml of fm

You can upsize the teats and see how is his intake. It can be due to slow flow therefore he fusses.

Size up on one bottle to try out, then you will know.
